We have been searching for this for awhile as we use it daily and couldn’t find it. So happy to have it again for our daily meditation

I have used daigen-koh in my Buddhist practice for over 40 years, and I'm very grateful that the brand is still available, and for the nice elegant touches the company brings to it's packaging while still keeping it's character. A translator friend once told me that the name literally means "big cheap smell." However that may be, for me, the purple sticks have always been the smell of dharma.

A soft delicate sandalwood aroma, these Japanese incense sticks are fine as they come — high-quality. Very elegant craftsmanship. They do have a perfumey sent, but it is mild and gentle. I am allergic to everything under the sun, and these do not bother me.

I can’t really smell a scent of Sandalwood it’s very perfumey, it would be nice if you had just Sandalwood without the perfume

The long slick allows you to enjoy the light and calming fragrance of sandalwood for a much longer period of time.
