I found your product in Japantown, in San Jose, California and the incense aloeswood can be described as quintessentially perfect meaning that the scent is both rich and smell and perfectly balanced. It's not too much to be overpowering and it's not too little to be underwhelming. You can tell immediately the way that it burns it it's high-quality ingredients and more than that. The attention to detail in the packaging was the key thing. That truly was the difference maker for me when you receive the package it comes not just in some standard box but the way that it is taped is done with attention to detail. You can tell that they wanted to make sure that it was secured in its delivery to the customer more than that when you open it I ordered three products all the same incense that I fell in love with in San Jose, California. They not only just provided the product. They wrapped it in a beautiful purple wrapping paper and the way they wrapped it was with proper attention to detail, moreover, I love that they included small samples in the actual product that was given and purchased. It opened up the world to their brand and the experience that is Nippon Kodo and to me that is such a great win and such a pleasant surprise that Easter egg experience when you get something and there's a little extra gift there truly just made me feel like I really enjoyed this that much more. I think that this company has nailed everything correctly their dedication to the product, their attention to detail their ability to commit to product delivery and make sure that the customer is on the forefront of what it means for that product is incredible I truly appreciated all the fun extracurricular information that was a part of the product. They even included a small leather-bound incense holder with other incense to experience so that way you can get deeper into the Nippon Kodo brand as well as their other products. Overall, I just never write these types of reviews because nothing is truly worth reviewing, but in this case because of the step beyond the normal because of the commitment to the craft, I felt it compelling enough for me to upon seeing their request to write a review that I comply to this request as my time is valuable my hat is off to the team at Nippon Kodo and I will be for sure coming back for more

Product was exactly as ordered. Fragrance was sweet and woody. Very pleasant and burned with minimal ashes. 100% satisfied! I will definitely keep Aloeswood in stock!
