The culture of Edo (former Tokyo) during the early 19th century was bloomed by the townspeople. One of the Edo artifacts is the Japanese garment pattern called "Edo Komon." This type of pattern was created in the samurai society where people expressed themselves with unique patterns and colors, while following strict dress codes. As you may be familiar, these designs are still seen in modern times.

Long time favorite.

I've enjoyed Edo Sensual since it was released on this site. A strong aroma that is easy to focus on, reminds me of irirses, roses and a slight hint of cherries.

Always nice to open the scents. Aloeswood is my favorite

Best incense money can buy.

I have adored this exact product from Ginza Nippon Kodo for several years. I discovered it when I was walking by a local incense shop in Asakusa and something deeply nostalgic and calming utterly captivated me. When I first bought a box, I went back to buy extra in case they ran out. This is 100% the best incense company that anyone is ever going to find online and most humans will never witness incense even close to this quality in their lives. Originally, there was no website, and when they made one, it was only in Japanese and not all their products were posted. Basically, you had to go to Japan and buy them in person if you wanted it. That's why I look back at my decision to spent almost $200 on incense from Ginza Nippon Kodo as one of my most worthy purchase decisions ever. Those boxes last an astonishing amount of time and they are extraordinarily generous, as they have always been, with the quantity of product you get when you purchase. Smells a bit similar to the incense they burn around the great Buddha but way better. For the record, many scents from Ginza Nippon Kodo are amazing, but by far my favorite is Tsuya. Tsuya smells like a smooth, soul-soothing blend of peace, joy, grandparent's love, fresh fruits, happy childhood, the color peach, adventure, spiritual enlightenment and a fulfilling life experience. It is the single most high crowning achievement of the creation of incense for all of humankind. Thank God that these products are available for purchase online in the US now. Thank you, Ginza Nippon Kodo, for making the best incense product in the history of Earth. I'm lighting a stick of Tsuya right now.
